How You change the settings on an eBay auction to restrict the type of ppl who can bid?

I know how to do it in the general settings but there's supposed to be a way to do it for a particular item.

I just put some shyt up and some nikka who just made an account today, 0 feedback, 0 buys, nothing just bid on my shyt. There's two days left and Im sure other ppl goin bid (has like 30 views and 5 watchers in the last 5 hrs its been up) but Im tryna cover my ass and aint tryna have fukk nikkas winning this shyt.

Also if/when can you end an auction early so ppl not leaving you negative feedback and shyt.

If you are using their simple listing page then you need to get off that. Right next to where it says "Other things you'd like buyers to know" you have to click on "Add or remove options". You can see it in the screen shot I posted.

I actually may have found a better option, eBay allows you to cancel specific bids on your item so Ill just do that

All that should be under My Ebay (top right)>Account (the tabs about an inch from the top to the left)>Site Preferences. Most likely will be under "Block Requirements".

I'm just speaking from my experience here, but 99 times out of 100...

0 feedback folks are just starting out on eBay, find your item because they search for cheap stuff (because it's not even near the closing bid price), and make a hilariously low bid that will never win.

They might bid a couple more times, and have you like :upsetfavre:
but they never win. If anything, they help drive the final sale price up.

Make sure you change your buyer requirements no matter what, though.

Yea, I just reconsidered canceling his bid, somebody else just bidded anyways so its not a big issue. I also am probably gonna cancel the auction because I have a local offer for $255. If things go well on ebay it should sell there ideally between $280-$300 + another $10 or so shipping but eBay/payapl takes away like 13% so I would only stand to make 244-260 on eBAy and then paypal holds that shyt until the buyer receives the item, id rather just take my guaranteed $255.

I do the same thing (weigh the actual profit from an eBay sale versus selling it locally on craigslist).

Anyway, you might need to check out this page if you go that route:

Ending a listing early
