eating 2 boiled eggs for breakfast 5x a week

i like eggs A LOT, i used to eat fried eggs every morning, which contributed to my fatness.

Now i'm more concsious of what i eat. I know cheat days doesn't work cause then i eat too much.

I go to gym 6 days a week. 3 days workout, 6 days of cardio. I've lost 20 lbs in about 3 months. Mostly water weight. Now the fat loss is very small. About 1-2 lbs a week. 2 is when i'm extremely lucky and when i starve myself.

So my question, for the morning i've replaced fried eggs with boiled eggs. I eat one piece of wheat bread with it. Is this too much? i really like the taste of goods, but i think there's too much fat.

Any ideas/suggestion for meal replacement in the morning?

what's your weight?

i eat either 3 boiled eggs, oatmeal mixed with whey protein and peanut butter or greek yogurt mixed with protein for breakfast. add some type of fruit in there too, i usually have a banana on the side.

3 eggs and 2 strips bacon for me :manny: doesnt matter how i cook em

difference in a boiled egg and fried is maybe 10-25 cals :ld:

90 x 3
80 x 2

430 cals for breakfast, prolly close 40g protein :ahh:
