Hey bros I was thinking lets say my calorie maintenance is 2000 a day, which is 14000 a week. If I eat clean and low cal today(1200) then the next day a few cookies and a pizza or burger and maybe a breakfast pastry or something, Ya know... maybe reaching maintenance or a little over (2200) Then the next day clean again and follow this pattern. Can I still cut down? As in get shredded. The weekly total would be around 11,900 which is still below maintenance. Just curious what u guys think?
