I havnt had a box in a while but just got one off Craigslist with 2k13 for 40$ so I jumped on it haha
Anyways I remember my damn email, but I only used it once. I tried all the passwords I could remember.... Filled out the form and they said I didn't give enough info... It asked for my recent contacts, my sent email subject lines.... And I never used it so I left it blank. I called 18004myxbox and he said I should just put none atleast.... Hell it even ask for the last 5 digits for the last prepaid card I used!
I doubt anyone knows how to recover it without most of these answers..... I'm probably just gonna create a new name but thought id ask my coli brehs
