Water, but if your piss is super diluted when you test, it's gona go as a false positive. Meaning they can't find drugs, but they can tell you doing something to hide it.

You can't cleanse it out. THC sticks to your fat cells throughout your entire body. Drinking more water isn't going to do anything.
You would have to go to 0% body fat, which is impossible, to get THC out of your system, or you have to wait it out for 30 plus days to leave your system.
