Leg shot? If so, great work. Cops can utilize non lethal shots as I would do if I ever have a dangerous confrontation with a black person where I need to fire.

There’s no such thing as a non lethal shot. With a leg shot you can still bleeed out, hit a main artery, or have the bullet travel to a vital organ

They handled that shyt much better than white police here. I don't agree with the why (smaller suspect throwing a punch) but I'd definitely do what they did in many other situations though.
Even when racist cops fired at dudes running away, white criminal swing on me and run if in a cop, I'm emptying the whole clip at his legs. Hit or miss, that's enough for me.
