I say this with Da Beatminerz, Pete Rock and Havoc being prime examples. Ill give respect to the Piano loop as well Id say strings but meh....can be overkill sometimes. Meh fukk it...strings too. Havoc and them nikkas be doing wonders with a riff (Cradle to the Grave, Murda Muzik, RIght Back At You ) Those are two different threads though.

I tell you nikkas if I get rich and reach a career point where I can relax a lot more...beat making is the official hobby.
