I do super sets drop sets are almost a waste of time to me.
Super sets i feel that burn and like im a fukking super hero especially on back and shoulder days.
I rotate 5 back and 2 shoulder exercises .
This is how i end my work out my muscles are completely depleted and exhausted .
I do about maybe 70%ish of my normal load.
So i usually just put up 45 lbs on each side of the machines and go to work.
I do 10 reps then iso each arm 10 reps do this for 3 sets.
By the 3rd set no fukking way i make it to 10 reps on iso so i go to failure .
No breaks either
I truly believe this has got to contribute to my recent jump in weight on just about every exercise i do.
