Drivers get so intimidated when they see a cop

I don't get it why tf do people get so fukking scared when they see a cop. If your not doing anything wrong and your not going to why tf do you get so scared, the cop isn't gonna randomly pull you over for no reason. I always notice it when driving. Just today I saw some normal looking person in a normal car change lanes so he won't be next to the cop at the stop light

I was just thinking about this today. People wanna be cool as hell and think they're F1 drivers going 100 but then when the see a state trooper posted on the side it's a next ting and they hit the brakes like their life depended on it.
