Cosign.shyt looks like somethin on Nick Jr. not a big budget Hollywood animated film from DreamWorks.I'm gonna support it regardless because da main character is black but still...shyt looks extremely generic and lazily designed.

It's really sad because dey constantly do slick bullshyt like dat when it comes to animated features (da like 2 we've had) where da main character is black.
I had major beef wit da Frog Princess shyt from Disney too. Go make thier first major black character lead a fukkin frog for 90% of da movie.

The main character isn't even on the some of the promotional posters. I guess they were afraid if she was people wouldn't come out and support it.
Either way the film already pulled in $50 mil Friday I'm glad to see an animated film with a black lead doing so well.

Said it before. But for us mid 80s babies we got to experience the goat of animated kids flicks. They took forever to make back then so were usually on point and classic..
