I listened to all of his early projects and it feels like he had an entire production sound/vibe he went for each time. This sounds like he was added to the songs after they had been crafted.

He definitely didn’t ruin it but I hoped for more from him.

Man this is boring and redundant. I was hoping the album would have this type of vibe, but the songs are just uninspiring. Like some of the worst of Drake's catalogue. I'll give him a pass until a true Solo because maybe this was just a studio hangout project with his friend... Nokia has some radio appeal I guess. Gimme a Hug probably my fav joint. The more RnB songs don't have any soul and just had me wanting to go back to Weeknd's album which I'm stuck on. Also, PND is a very bland artist, maybe that had something to do with it.
