I gotta give drake lame ass a pass for making music that sounds the same over and over. People saying this album is what they want to hear from drake but is sound exactly like stuff he already did. Drake next album wont sound much different than this and the people that listen to drake will love it.

I agree on that part that his emotions have affected his music ever since him and Kendrick have beefed. I think he really should have waited a little longer to get himself together and be inspired. But prior to that I think he has just been a little uninspired. But I get that can happen to someone who been around as long as him. I think he has a hard time coming up with new original material BY HIMSELF. But I don’t think being explicit don’t have anything to do with that. We all listen to future ignorant ass and shyt lol. The problem legit is the music period. As a non drake fan I don’t care about him being explicit or not. Just ain’t cared for the songs. Some just sound outdated. Even future make the same type of music, but songs like “we still don’t trust you” and rapping on beats like
“Like dat” switches it up a little . That’s why I don’t care for padre, but to me it’s a better version of drake than them other songs. I think the explicit thing is more of a cop out to be honest
