Guess who has 136 posts now in this thread alone in less than 24 hours?
He been acting like he part of the culture the last 16 years.
Someone need to sue Coke for this
it was all fun and games when the bytch from kill bill and norm kelly was trolling kendrick thinking he was gonna go out like meekHim losing the social media war is why he mad.
He’s suing because UMG chose to amplify the claims in the song instead of protecting his interests, as they are obligated to do. The lyrics are the lyrics, but literally making a campaign to make money off calling someone a pedophile is wild.I get the angle of them illegally blowing up the song. I don’t think he should file a suit for that either but what evs. Defamation of character is about what was said. So he’s suing because of the bars on the song.
Family Matters had 62K views in an hour, Meet the Grahams had 902K views in 34 minutes and it’s a long track. It wasn’t proven to be wrong, it just disappeared
Drake isn’t suing Kendrick for what he said; he’s suing UMG for amplifying it illegally. Kendrick could sue UMG for the same reason but there’s no evidence they amplified Family Matters the same way
Lame ass nikkaHe’s suing because UMG chose to amplify the claims in the song instead of protecting his interests, as they are obligated to do. The lyrics are the lyrics, but literally making a campaign to make money off calling someone a pedophile is wild.
If Drake had a hit record saying “now beat yo wife! Beat yo wife! Now beat yo wife! Beat yo wife!” And Kendrick decided to sue UMG, this thread would look a lot different.
The suit (or pre-suit) isn’t about the content of the song, it’s about UMG illegally amplifying to help ruin the value of his music and career.
Good thing you work for those guys over there at Breh&Breh Associates and not for us over Coliberg and Brehstein. We like to win our cases
Neither of the songs you mentioned are apart of this filing; neither is Kendrick Lamar. This is aimed at UMG. “Drake told Kendrick to take the Epstein angle” would be laughed at by any judge, as it has no basis in what is being alleged.
Also, playing semantics in legal proceedings is an amateurish defense. Everyone knows what the song, video, and artwork are about, so much so there we’re fanatics doxing minors and women all around the country to try and prove something that has no basis in fact.
