No. Don't do that. We are talking about law, credible evidence, and a high bar to have a court decide that a defendant has defamed a public figure.
Saying, "I hear you like em young, you better not go to cell block one" would be laughed out of court, breh. Let's not do this. If we look at this objectively, even Drake's statement's about Kendrick hitting his partner wouldn't be enough weight to get a court to decide Drake defamed Kendrick.
This is fukking stupid and makes Drake look so soft.
If you look at the context of the "certified pedophiles" bar, who does it mention? Baka, right? "why is HE around." The song continues to infer that OVO has predators in its camp.
So now what, OVO members are going to sue, as well?

Also as @Uchiha God states, in The Heart Pt 6, Drake says he fed Kendrick's team this information, showing a failure to mitigate harm and actually, showing the contribution of the harm.
Secondly, in Tailor Made, Drake actually taunts and baits Kendrick to talk about the creepy, liking young girls shyt himself!
This is a TERRIBLE fukking case and I wish I was on UMG's legal team for the crazy bag they will get on retainer for this bullshyt.
