It’s all about context and perception though.
It appears it took Push 3 years to respond and Drake clapped back in less than 12 hours.
Drake was the #1trending topic on the day Push had his album released.Thats strategic.
Drake indirectly got Kanye and his wife so in their feelings that they got out of character and chose to dedicate their timeline to Rhymefest on a Saturday.
And lastly. Even if Duppy and Infrared is a draw that’s a win for Drake because of how Pusha framed the battle. You can’t say that a nikka isn’t even on your level or in your universe and then end up in a tie.
But you can say you won if his album is mid..
Like the last two.
Good Music has managed to garner and sustain more attention/energy/momentum in the last month than they’ve had since 2012..
