Why doesn't Vegeta retrieved the dragon balls and wish the Saiyan race back? The Saiyans respect power and strength and with Vegeta being a Super Saiyan God they would probably follow him. Unless he still has to obey his father King Vegeta if he returns along with the Saiyans.

Is there any reason in the anime/manga that explains why Vegeta doesn't want to bring his people back?

Also why doesn't Goku wish his brother Raditz back, but as a good person? Is that even possible?

Vegeta was always about wishing for his immortality, he never really cared about bringing his people back

Raditz tried to kill Gohan/other humans I don't think Goku was trying to bring him back

You can't wish back anybody that's been dead for more than a year if I recall correctly.

And Raditz was an a$$hole that tried to kill Goku and kidnap his son. Why would Goku want to wish him back? Even Vegeta was like when Nappa brought up the idea of reviving Raditz.

Can Goku wish him back with a different personality? Also how does Frieza get to be revived?

I'm not sure the Dragonballs can actually change somebody's personality. I mean if you did that, it wouldn't really be the same person would it?

And Frieza was an exception. Since he got revived so long after he died, when he came back to life his body was in pieces (ie. the way it was when he died) and the only reason he didn't just die again right away was because he was so strong and because his men reassembled him and put him in the healing tank right away. Obviously none of the Saiyans are that strong so they'd just die again.

I don't even know where you got that idea from. The only thing Krillin did was wish for the bombs to be removed from her. Nothing about her personality changed due to the Dragonballs.

You're right, I forgot about that. I thought Krillin retrieved Android 18 after she died. Now, I do remember since you mention. Let me get this straight. Shenron could not turn them human but only to remove the bombs out of Android 17 and 18 but tell me how the f*ck did Krillin get a kid with 18 ?

That didn't have anything at all to do with the Dragonballs. Just something Goku wanted to happen that eventually did.

statute of limitations on wishing people back from death? he doesnt see the point of having them back at this point? plus we got a whole planet of saiyans in universe 6 now
