Its simple, if there was a draft in which you wanted your squad to pick someone else, talk about it and how your line-up would look like. And if you want, you can re-do a draft for any other squad you feel like.
For the Lakers, even though Worthy was great, and had a great college career where he carried
and the Tarheels, I sorta do have 2nd doubts though if they really made the right choice of picking him over 'Nique in the long run. Even though Nique was not a good defender, I doubt Worthy would be able to carry the Hawks the way Wilkins carried them with complete bums. Worthy was great, and was 6'9, but Nique with Magic would have been 
and with Kareem too. 
And in the 1983 draft, if they would have took Drexler instead of Byron Scott!
