I didn't watch the vids but I'm familiar with most of sebi's philosophy. He believes most of the produce available in grocery stores and markets are engineered and "hybrids" and create mucus in the body. Too much mucus in the body and shyt like cancer develops. He pushes foods(vegan, unprocessed) that are electric in the body, alkaline, and keep the body in homeostasis.
