I'm trying to find some non-biased info on him, it seems to go both ways

Read his books. My old principal gave me a book during in school suspension. Read all his books. First one you should read is the Blueprint for Black Power. Great read.

Dr. Wilson was a psychologist. Wrote numerous books that are must-reads.

Toward the end of his life, he was really focusing on economics and commerce. He wasn't a big proponent of the "feel-good" style of Afrocentrism pushed by a lot of the conscious community.

He was a realist. If you're Black, consider yourself intelligent and haven't read Wilson:

Dr. Wilson is one of the few "Afrocentrics" I respected. You can tell he was serious about what he was saying and was saying some real shyt too. Mysteriously, he never got the mainstream attention that Farrakhan, Sharpton, or Jesse Jackson received :ohhh: Anyway, RIP to Dr. Wilson
