The consensus I've gathered from most of the right:

• Low-level service job (Walmart, Amazon FC), commission-dependent door-to-door, cold calling, get rid of your "cornrows", beard, be clean shaven, wear a cheap button up/slacks off the rack for a mediocre percentage cut = "Black Job".
• White collar professional, STEM, Medical starting at RN Level, Business Management starting at the Director Level, = Only in this space because of "DEI".

It's a catch 22 and I don't even play into it.
