For a lot of these actors / actresses the MCU is gonna be the best/worst thing to happen to them...

If they just love to act then it won't hurt them at all since it won't stop them from getting work, but if they want to be a big time versatile actor then they're screwed. RDJ, Cheadle, Boseman, Olsen & Ruffalo are going to be fine since they're legit actors, but people like Hemsworth can't sell shyt outside of the MCU.
