Sup y'all
I have this thing about DOMS. We all know it sucks ass. I think sometimes it prevents me from going balls deep in my training. The worst muscles for me are biceps, and hamstrings. When I really get after these two muscles sometimes I get DOMS worse than usual. I know nutrition plays a part. When I train hard afterwards I take protein then simple carbs after that, and casein at night and my soreness goes down. Now I've been lifting consistently since the top of the year but I really can't stand the intense soreness I get occasionally. Last time I did hamstrings i was limping for 4 days. I know that's not normal. What are some precautions y'all take to prevent/reduce soreness
