She is precived as brains of the operation but never does anything smart
She does very little to assist the group in succeeding

Ziggler is Jesse he's obessed with his image and how people see him. He puts in tons of work but his efforts ultimately end in failure.

Big E. Is James by Default because he provides the masculine presence in the group.
