Poor dog.

United bout to pay out again. Evidently they forced the owner to stow dog in overhead compartment. Not sure why it wasn't put under the plane, ain't that usually where they go? Apparently they allow animals in the cabin for a fee, I'd be like this if I had to sit next to someone with a cat in there lap.
