Nothing about So Sophisticated sounds like Wale...there is absolutely no Wale-esque "wordplay" at all on the song...it's pretty much straight forward, with Ross using the same rhyme scheme throughout the duration of the verses like he did on Yella Diamonds on Rich Forever (and something I can't ever really recall Wale doing)...dudes are awful at analyzing rap styles
