Retire. He's lost the passion and zeal for MMA. At least at the competitive level.

Last night was an embarrassment.

Hearing him yell "my rib" was the shyt cherry on top of the shyt cake. He was already down by a significant margin but hearing that and seeing the look on his face was . It was hard to watch.

At this point he needs to retire. I don't think Bellator will offer him a decent price to fight, and I doubt he would go to ONE even if they offered him a good deal. He had a good run.
