past few days my lifting sessions have just been :noah:

real sluggish, plus my attitude towards lifting is not as positive. haven't even been lifting as heavy, yet i sweat like a pig like 10 minutes in. I lift pretty much every day, that may be a problem.

You just listed most of the indicators of overtraining (aka under-recovery :duck:).

need to give muscle groups 48 hours of rest to repair before hitting them again

yea breh. i went thru the same thing last yr and started pullin muscle left and right.

take a break before your body hits you with the :ld: and you end up like :to:. shyts not fun

I usually try to take a break at least one day a week. Once or twice a year, I will take an entire week off working out.
