So I've been sleeping on this intermittent fasting thing and turns out it's the goat when it comes to getting rid of Larry. I'm still not sure how it's done so I need some help here.
I plan on eating a big breakfast at 8am around 1100 calories, then no food again till 8pm that same day. It's a 12hr fasting window, and then repeat again the next day. Does this qualify as intermittent fasting?
