shyt like that depends on usage and really it is a rights issue. You can't just toss rights out the window because something MIGHT help in SOME cases (can't believe i just wrote that.)
It really is a slippery slope in terms of when you stop "protecting" citizens and start fuking over civil liberties.
If "protection" is the ultimate goal then we should all have GPS tracking chips placed in us at birth that provide detailed information about us on a daily basis, have video audio and still picture capabilities, they should be able to determine drug use and come equipped with a "tazer" like setting where if they are looking for you they click it and you just stop moving till the cops (using the GPS) come pick you up.
I mean THAT would ensure all criminals were caught...right THAT would ensure "protection" right?
Where does it stop?
