shyt is real
im not working anymore , look for a job
shyt is affecting me
i work out daily but only with dumbells at home
i still eat and take my proteine

but im stressing alot , do y all think dats the reason why i dnt get bigger muscle

Your DB-only workout is probably sufficient enough to induce hypertrophy.

Be prepared to stay small until you have real gym equipment available.

Yes it can depending on how bad your stressing, I would guess that's not it though. Your 3 major factors for hypertrophy are Progressive overload (getting stronger overtime with increased weight, reps, or frequency) , caloric surplus, and sleep.

First post already said since you cant go heavier you have to do more reps. Just keep going higher on sets and reps over time if you don't have a gym.
