On behalf of my buddy. Here is what she said to him:
Hi
I'm trying to get my license and work as fast as I can! It is tough out there and the market is tough right now with the inventory being low but it's supposed to pick up a little. So instead of 10 contracts on a house there might only be 5!
To start I would do residential real estate but may move into commercial.

If you make the time for the important people in your life that is all that matters! Do you have family here?
So none of my friends really like sushi so I have not had any since I moved. Heading back to CA Thursday for a wedding might have to get some.

Buddy saying: she moved to town in January, and is she saying she aint had any yet? and if she go back to her home town for wedding she might get some. Buddy be reading too much into it.
