Does Nintendo have some type of exclusive deal with Resident Evil: Revelations? (3DS)

Like they did with Resident Evil Remake and Zero. Or will this game eventually be coming to consoles? I sincerely hope it's the latter.

I hope so, I mean I'm Amped for RE6 but I heard this one was a return of sorts to the more survival horror aspects that made RE popular in the first place.
