Does Microsoft consider Kinect a success?

I'm pretty sure the next xbox will have updated kinect, but if they leave the Kinect Bullshyt out they could probably sell it for cheaper?

They can't. Just looking at the numbers it don't make sense.

fukk how many they sold because it had to have taken millions in R&D.
Also they don't have any titles for the stupid thing and they keep trying to push it like it's some feature: "say reload to reload"

They're stuck with it because they marketed it so hard.

Sony on the other hand dropped that motion shyt with the quickness.

Kinect sold faster than any electronics device in the history of the planet earth
Software is also selling like Hotcakes. Not all of it of course, but Kinect Sports, The fitness games, and the dance games are multimillion sellers

Fable Journey is awesome, so is gunstringer.
Kinect 2.0 will really be the shyt. It wont take away gaming the way you like it, it will enhance it
Madden and 2K are already examples of that. There is no reason for ppl to hate advancement. Its natural for people to fear what they do not understand
In 2yrs everyone will be like "Remember when ppl was hating on Kinect "

I put all my credibility as a gamer on the line, Kinect is and will continue to be a success. Then when the Holographic gaming gets here?
I keep yelling this, everyone remains quiet
I guess we'll just have to wait til they unveil it so yall can be excited too...

I forgot all about that feature. How does that work? If you just start cursing and the game understands you, you get a tech???

Also, I didn't know FIFA 13 does this with kinect...

if you swear the commentators will notice this and your treatment by the referee will not be favorable

Between features like that, controling netflix and the other apps w your movement and voice, and the dance/exercise games it's more than worth it.

I've been meaning to get a second kinect for my other xbox in the den for a while now, I'm gonna try to catch one craigslist for cheap.
