Being that there audience is who they are, they only way they would have any gay pundits is if they were anti-gay marriage, anti-gay workplace discrimination laws, and generally took the predominant right-wing view on matters that contain to gay people, and I don't think there are any gay people like that...not that are out of the closet anyway.
