He got in a car accident a while back and had surgery on his neck. The twitch is a result of nerve damage from the surgery/accident

Yeah he's been doing it for a few years now. I used to think he was just tweaking out on the sidelines.

Yeah, there was a thread about this at the old Coli. He had a crushed vertebrae from a car accident but there was a rumor it was a sky diving accident or whatever, either way he injured his neck and the shake/twitch developed as a result of the surgery.

That's why CJ moves around alot in interviews to make it less noticeable, he's fine when he is talking but when he's listening to someone or just by himself it's pretty apparent.
