Does Bethesda ever respond to fan issues?

Wolfenstien 2: New Colossus has an error that has been fukking up the game and every other Wolfenstien game for the longest. Apparently Bethesda, doesn't have a patch or fix for the issues that the games face. What the fukk is going on? how are we supposed to trust you with new games? Why ya'll wanna ruin y'all rep? did the money go to your head?

I mean, the website for Machine Games is pretty much a link to the open positions page of Zenimax, they probably don't have the man power to deal with shyt from old games.
