I can't think of the name but it had maybe a 2 year run on VH1 in the 2000s

One of the sketches had a cartoon dog I believe that had a reoccurring appearance

It actually was created by the guy's behind Rick and morty

Anyway it was out in 07. Does anyone know where I can watch episodes?
