I remember seeing a couple promos back then, but never even knew he actually had matches to just right now. What exactly was the plan for him??

Pretty sure they had zero follow-up planned after creating this

Soon after he was repackaged to Blackjack Windham to form the New Blackjacks with Bradshaw. Another horrible idea, and monumental flop. Windham's 96-98 WWF run was a disaster

This gimmick wasn't the best idea, but I'ma also guess they thought they were still getting the Barry Windham of years past when he signed. Nah. Pretty sure after a few matches they realized he was and gave up on it.

lol @ Prichard whispering "The Stalker..." and them doing a Predator effect with the fonts.

The character might've had more legs if he was a heel coming in. Promos tell you the guy is a little psychotic and the music is cheesy and ominous. Not sure why he was booked as a face. Everything about The Stalker was a heel.

Stalker/Jake the Snake feud would've been interesting.
