ive been trying to stop since i was a kid...but to this day i cant stop...errday all day

my cuticles and overall nail pattern and structure

they say its a sign of nervousness...but people who CONSTANTLY do it..cant be nervous all the time...can they?

has anyone been fortunate enough to conquer this habit?

i got the same problem .. i have no nails and my cuticles are ripped off .. sometimes they hurt like a bytch... only solution is to buy chemical and put on your nails so when you bite on them, there's a bad taste in your mouth.. or put both hands on your balls all the time and always keep in mind that they've gone on the worst place in your body

my lips looked at a very young age

my ruthless african mom once tied my hands and put me in the closet to make me stop

I've had this problem since high school

Never really tried to seek any help although I should. I often do it out of boredom more than anything else.
