Does anyone else want to see Marvel do the Squadron Supreme after Infinity War?

The way I see it by the time Infinity War part 2 is done hopefully Justice League will have blown up and the people will looking for a crossover. Rather than trying to have 2 major studios come together for a crossover fight that ends with a team up, we have Marvel use their version of the team for a huge multi movie event.

Ugh...

I hope the genre fizzles or focuses on less popular characters or characters with less powerful abilities. Only so many times I can watch NYC get blown up.

They only blew up NY once.

To your main point, I think as long as their small movies like Antman and Dr Strange keep making money they'll keep taking chances on obscure characters. However the Avengers will keep getting movies as long as they make over a billion dollars per outing.

I'm just saying in general watching the same cityscapes or fictional cityscapes get dismantled is getting old. Smaller stories may actually and hopefully will make a comeback.

The smaller stories you're talking about are being done with the Netflix shows. That's may be the best venue for them since it allows more time for character development and freedom to be darker if the story calls for it. When the stakes are smaller they need to be more personal and you need to care more about the characters so having 10 to 13 episodes to get to know and care about them helps.
