This routine I'm doing right now I'm trying to do finishers after lifting.
I'm trying to do three or four different ones after each lift of my 3 day work out.
Right now I do them in a circuit. Some of the ones I've came up with are
1 walking lounges 4 x 15(15lb weights),
2 45 second planks 4x,
3 15x dips 4x,
4. 15 calf raises 4x...
5. 8 Pull Ups 4x
6. 8 Chin Ups 4x
7. Dumb bell bench press
8. Thread mill with no power on for 45 seconds
I do this in a circuit.
I need some other stuff to add if anyone else does this.
