Not to get to far into my business, but I’m getting a work bonus soon and I’m just wondering do any of you posters know of any licensed black Dieticians/ Nutritionist in the NYC area?

:ld:I just joined blink fitness so I have a trainer on the weekends. But I spend a shyt ton of money on food monthly ( around 515 a month), and it seems to be useless since I’m not trained in this.

You giving away money and overcomplicating things...:pachaha:

Understand the roles of carbs/fats/protein etc
Understand the roles of the different vitamins
Find the foods that have what you need to have
Understand calories in/out
Go to Gnc and do research on supplements..ask questions and take notes...
Figure out if you wanna bulk up or cut

Your Exercise regimen reigns supreme...

Make sure your blink trainer shows you how to do the big 3 lifts(bench press/squats/deadlifts)...once you can do that properly, your off to the races...

Also cardio is key...central park is a runners paradise...:ld:

Your trainer should be well versed in nutrition if they aren't then get a new one.
I actually want to say it's part of getting certified. I'm not 100 on it tho.
But ask them what your diet should be for your goals and they should be able to lead you right.
