come this is silly , what are you implying here that the government is systematically allowing drugs into certain communities? The intellectual elites of the HL have already told us that's not true it was the "drug cartels" and these people within there own community that bring and keep the drugs in there


and whats all them people of color i see in that documentary we have already been told whites are most affected by drugs.

What happens in countries with almost homogeneous populations though? There are still drug problems and markets in those countries.
