There's not a whole lot to go on just yet, but it seems that Legion and Fargo creator Noah Hawley is developing a movie at 20th Century Fox involving Fantastic Four villain, Doctor Doom.
Right at the end of tonight's San Diego Comic-Con panel for Legion, Hawley announced that he was working on a new project, which he would only give a brief, but very telling hint about: “I’ll just say two words. The first one is Doctor and the next one is Doom,” he said.
It seems this all came about when the studio was unsure how to proceed after Josh Trank's disastrous 2015 Fantastic Four film, and rather than reboot the property again, they decided to focus on the fan-favourite antagonist. The spin-offs may not stop with Doom, either, because rumor has it Seth Grahame-Smith is working on a movie featuring Franklin Richards, the son of Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Girl
