I do and always have. I tend to get a better grip and it feels more comfortable. I already have calluses from work i so manly hands isnt the issue. I just think its better but i noticed alot of people disagree.
The only time I dont wear gloves is if im doing some cardio or workouts like ab wheel etc that dont involved a bar and heavy lifting
