You flush the toilet. Know how many germs are on that? And how much fecal matter gets thrown in the air with each flush?

I'm not a germ freak, maybe i'm disgusting but it is what it is. :yeshrug:
I flush with the lid down so no i don't have fecal matter thrown in the air.

Every time.

My logic is that I would want to stomp out whatever bacteria is present instead of letting it grow on whatever object I touch later.
Whatever bacteria you're referring to will not harm you, unless you don't shower often.
