Do you type differently than you speak?

I'm mostly articulate when I'm writing, but I use broken grammar while speaking. I used to write with perfect grammar before I started hanging out on hip hop forums. I know some people who are the opposite in real life. I see them posting ebonics on facebook and I'm like
