Do you think that white people should be allowed to speak on race relations?

Can whites decide on instances of racism, discrimination and race related problems?

I'm not necessarily saying they shouldnt get a say, the question is "do you think you should listen?"

Lmao@ the ****ing arrogance of this post.

How many times in your life have you ever just gracefully just let someone talk AT you without them allowing you a voice? How well did those 'conversations ' go?

If you think white people shouldnt be able to tell you ****, then wtf are you even talking about race relations for?

Hey, I'm just asking questions so I can see how ALL sides feel about this. Personally I do believe that anyone can speak on it if they're coming with real knowledge/experience on the subject. It irks me when I see a lot of people who haven't really studied the subject of race try to chime in (e.g. the white person that says blacks are being "too sensitive" when it comes to race or the black person that believes that it is literally impossible for white folk to make efforts at dismantling white supremacy)

Even then though I would prefer that they let their opinions known so they can be educated if they are ignorant.

Why is everyone under the impression that this race called "white" is united at all? You really think german, italian, russian, english, etc. are all instant friends. That "European Unity" sh*t is about to fall apart in Europe, and it hasn't even started here (nor will it ever).

So basically you reject any viewpoint that doesn't put the blame + responsibility for race related problems squarely on white people :aicmon:

I think the real question is why should anyone listen to what YOU have to say on race relations? Generally I disregard the opinions of anyone who scapegoats/absolves themselves of personal responsibility, and so far thats been a pretty good strategy. Someone who is self interested to the point that they abandon reason/responsibility is not worth listening to, wouldn't ya say?
