Do you think “short” guards will ever be phased out of the NBA?

By short I’m talkin 6’ - 6’3”

I’ve seen people say this on twitter/X but I don’t see it happening :manny:

When Brunson was goin crazy last season a hot topic was “how impactful can a short guard be” and I think the answer is still very effective.

It’s not like 7 footers are new to the NBA. They know how to shoot over them and are shifty enough to do some work driving in.

Go look at my pre draft thread on Scoot and see how many nba Stan’s didn’t think his size was an issue

They will never be phased out but they shouldn’t be drafted high
