Do you think making Anakin a master Jedi earlier would have stopped him from becoming Vader?

Nah. He was already too old and emotional, and Palpatine would've still found ways to sway him against the Jedi's strict rules. The problem was that he was easily manipulated, so it was always a matter of when, and not if.

Nope. The Jedi Council itself was a failing organization. They stuck to the old ways, and their own doctrine. The Jedi taught kids at an early age to suppress emotions, it's why they were hesitant at first to train him. Even when he got older the Jedi did a shytty job at helping his own mental issues, and they still never fully trusted him. Not to mention they constantly gaslighted him, and used him as a tool for their own self-gain.

The whole Jedi order thing wasn't meant for Anakin. It wasn't the original plan for him either. He was supposed to be trained under Qui Gon. Anakin would have most likely avoided his bumps in the road if Qui Gon hadn't died. Most of the force users who left the Jedi and Sith orders to explore the force independently became better and wiser. Anakin should have left when Ahsoka left. Ahsoka, like Qui Gon in a way, was teaching her master that the force doesn't begin or end with the Jedi or Sith.
